You can be the woman who gets things done, encourages everyone else, and keeps showing up—and still need someone to ask, “How are YOU doing?”
And I mean beyond the quick “I’m fine.”
Are you making room for your health? Do you trust your own decisions? Do you recognize yourself outside of what everyone needs from you?
Sometimes we become so accustomed to being needed that we stop paying attention to what we need.
I know what it means to work on the outside while still having work to do on the inside. My own journey has taught me that changing your body doesn’t automatically change the way you see yourself, speak to yourself, or respond when life gets difficult.
That understanding is part of why ReClaim HER® continues to grow.
There Is Room for You Here
When I began this work, my focus was helping women who had undergone weight-loss surgery. That experience remains part of my story and the support I offer.
Today, I work with women who are ready to reclaim their lives.
You may be working toward better health. You may be learning to establish boundaries without explaining yourself to everybody. You may have spent years taking care of others and now find yourself asking, “What do I want for my life?”
You may look confident and still struggle to follow through on the promises you make to yourself.
There is room for you here.
HER represents Healing, Empowerment, and Restoration. Through faith-centered coaching, practical tools, and accountability, we make space to examine the patterns keeping you stuck and practice choices that support the woman you are becoming.
What Are You Ready to Reclaim?
Your answer deserves some honest thought.
Your health: Making time for movement, nourishment, rest, and the care your body needs.
Your confidence: Learning to trust your voice and recognizing that your needs deserve consideration.
Your identity: Getting to know yourself beyond your responsibilities and the labels you have carried.
Your purpose: Taking an intentional step toward what matters to you, even when you don’t have every detail figured out.
You don’t have to work on everything at once. Start with the area you keep pushing aside.
Give Yourself Something to Follow Through On
Before this day ends, take a few quiet minutes with these questions:
Where have I been putting myself last?
What belief or habit keeps bringing me back to the same place?
What is one promise I can realistically keep to myself this week?
Then make that promise specific.
Schedule the walk. Set aside ten minutes to pray and write. Make the appointment. Give yourself time to think before agreeing to another responsibility.
Choose something you can practice, including on a day when you don’t feel motivated.
Proverbs 3:5 reminds us to trust in the Lord with all our heart. I have had to learn how to live that trust—to take the next step without needing to see the entire journey.
I am still learning. Still growing. Still BeComing HER.
And I want you to know you can begin from where you are today.
ReClaim HER is the decision. BeComing HER is the journey.
If you are ready for support as you take that next step, connect with me here.
With faith and purpose,
Coach Nataisha
